🗡️ Our seasonal Intro class is perfect for beginners, but as we grow our class sizes in CR, we're offering a 90 minute mixed class for the Spring before we offer the Core class this Summer!Intro students will get the same fundamentals, Core will practice and perfect those fundamentals, along with Sparring.
📅 Monday Intro + Core Class 6-7:30 pm.
