Curious about Mandala Yoga? This special 2-hour masterclass is the perfect opportunity to explore a creative and dynamic style of yoga that moves beyond the traditional straight-line practice.
Led by Mimi, you'll be guided through a thoughtfully designed journey that begins with calming Yin Yoga to help you arrive, slow down and settle into the space.
From there, you'll explore the flowing, circular movement patterns that make Mandala Yoga so unique, building strength, mobility, balance and body awareness as you move in all directions around your mat.
The workshop will then close with a nourishing Yin Yoga practice, giving you time to unwind, integrate the experience and leave feeling grounded and restored.
Hosted at Sonder Studio, this workshop is suitable for all levels.
Whether you're completely new to yoga, curious about Mandala Yoga, or looking to deepen your existing practice, you'll be supported every step of the way in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
