We're delighted to welcome back Marianna Trezza with her new workshop, Discover home within, wherever life takes you
Life is full of transitions - moments when we're leaving something behind, stepping into the unknown or simply feeling "in between." These thresholds can be unsettling, but they can also become powerful opportunities for growth and transformation.
In this experiential workshop, we will explore these in-between spaces with curiosity, compassion and gentle practices that help us reconnect with ourselves. Through reflection, storytelling, body awareness and nature-inspired experiences, we will discover how life's thresholds can become places of meaning, resilience and a deeper sense of home within ourselves
