This 4-part series focused on the DASH diet to support healthier blood pressure. Participants will learn how the DASH way of eating can fit into everyday life through simple, affordable, and practical nutrition strategies.
Each class includes a lecture, a recipe demonstration and sampling. Space is limited, advance registration required.
Class will take place from 1-2:30 p.m. each session. Series dates are: November 9,16,23, and 30th. Classes will take place at the Lake County UF/IFAS Extension Center, 1951 Woodlea Rd, Tavares.
