Blending tradition with innovation, The Dirty Grass Players bring high-energy bluegrass to a whole new level. Rooted in old-time pickin’ and powered by soaring harmonies, they strike a perfect balance between the classic and the progressive—keeping the spirit of Bill Monroe alive while pushing the genre forward.
With two acclaimed albums under their belt—including Shiny Side Up (2023, produced by The Travelin’ McCourys’ Colby Kilby)—the band has become a festival favorite, lighting up stages at Delfest, Grey Fox, Dark Star Jubilee, and more.
