Inspired by the historical train route of the Orient Express, we’re taking a culinary journey from Paris to Istanbul, sampling a variety of dishes from the cities along the route. We’ll start with a selection of French cheeses, then try our hand at an Alsacian bacon-onion tart, and feast on weisswurst, Viennese asparagus salad, chicken paprikesh, and garlic mushrooms with cheesy polenta. Finally, we’ll celebrate our culinary arrival in Istanbul with delicious baklava!Each ticket admits TWO PEOPLE.
