Join us for our all-time best-selling cooking class as we celebrate the sun-soaked flavors of the Italian coast. This vibrant, hands-on evening blends rustic charm with elegant flavor, bringing the warmth of Italy to the Ozarks one delicious dish at a time.
We’ll start with Garlic Shrimp Scampi, bright with garlic, lemon, and white wine — a simple, showstopping classic that tastes like summer on the Amalfi Coast. Then we’ll make handcrafted Mushroom Ravioli, delicate pasta pillows filled with savory mushrooms and served in a luscious Marsala cream sauce. On the side, we’ll prepare a crisp Caesar Salad with our own homemade dressing and the kind of croutons that will make you wonder why you ever bought them in a box.
To finish, we’ll bake a Nutella Torte—rich, decadent, and delightfully over the top. This dessert alone is worth the trip, but it’s even better when shared with someone special.
