This 5-course dining experience will take you on a global culinary journey, with each course carefully crafted to highlight flavors from different regions of the world. Every dish is paired with a hand-selected wine to enhance the tasting experience.

🍽 Appetizer: Beet Hummus with Pita and Vegetable Sticks (Middle Eastern)
Paired with Grüner Veltliner, a crisp white wine with a peppery note that complements the hummus.

🍲 Soup: Tom Yum Soup (Thailand)
A fragrant, spicy, and sour broth with shrimp, mushrooms, and herbs, paired with Sauvignon Blanc, known for its crisp acidity that balances the soup’s bold flavors.

🥗 Salad Course: Greek Salad (Greece)
A refreshing mix of tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, red onion, and feta cheese, dressed with olive oil and oregano. Paired with Assyrtiko, a crisp Greek white wine.

🍗 Main Course: Coq au Vin (France)
A classic French dish of chicken braised in red wine with mushrooms, bacon, and pearl onions. Paired with Pinot Noir, a medium-bodied red that enhances the dish’s rich flavors.

🍰 Dessert: Tiramisu (Italy)
Layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cheese, paired with Vin Santo, a sweet dessert wine.

This event is part of a larger mission to support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), an organization dedicated to funding groundbreaking research and providing essential support to patients and their families.

Blood cancer remains one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths in children, and many survivors face lifelong health challenges. Every three minutes, someone is diagnosed with leukemia, lymphoma, or another form of blood cancer, making this cause more urgent than ever.
