We’re holding a highlander format tournament again for Digimon! Since this is a singleton format, there are special rules for this kind of event.
Highlander Rules are as follows:
-Players must use a deck constructed to Highlander specifications. This means your main Deck AND Digi-Egg deck cannot contain more than 1 copy of a card with the same card number.
-Even cards that have the direction “Up to 50 cards with this same card number can be included in a deck.” will be limited to 1 copy only.
-Banned cards are not permitted in the deck.
