Part of Nature-Based Solutions Week: Creating a Climate Ready Tayside
About this Event

Join Dundee City Council for a presentation and guided walk exploring the Dighty Burn Regeneration Project, a major nature and waterway restoration initiative spanning approximately 5km across Dundee.

Beginning at Fairfield Community Hub, participants will learn about the vision and delivery of this large-scale regeneration project before walking alongside the burn to Finlathen Park. The project demonstrates how nature-based solutions can enhance urban waterways, improve biodiversity, reduce climate risks and create better spaces for people and nature.

This is an opportunity to see first-hand how restoring natural processes can help create more resilient and attractive urban environments.
