Diamonds RetreatI’m naming this retreat ‘Diamonds’ as, for me, the concept and beauty of this incredible gemstone says everything I want to say about being a woman.
A raw diamond comes in all shapes and sizes and has the potential to transform into anything it aspires to be. It is unique, just like you and even its irregularity and imperfections add to its unique characteristics and beauty.
Magnificent as they are, their immense beauty and potential can be enhanced by shaping and transforming them to highlight their brilliance, allowing the light in to bounce off their facets and radiate outwards and all around them.
Just like us they can be multifaceted with many sides and, for us too, allowing the light (awareness) in brings out the beauty within us.
On 16th to the 20th September 2024, we will be running a retreat in the beautiful surrounding village/town of West Lexham, Kings Lynn, Norfolk. Including myself, there will be 4 facilitators, each one bringing you their special gifts in their healing modality.
They have been carefully chosen for precisely being as gifted and as dedicated as they are and will allow you to discover and learn about another side to you, forging the way for you to release the blocks that may be holding you back from being the best version of yourself. They will allow you to recognise, with immense love, just how amazing you truly are.
You will connect to your magical and wonderous Divine Feminine with a deep understanding of who she really is. You will come away with an equally deep understanding of your magnificent Divine masculine that resides in all of us. You will learn how to recognize when these Divine energies are out of balance and be given new tools to face your blocks and shed your fears. All this leads to a better understanding of ourselves and the relationships we hold with family, friends or partners, whether male or female. You will look at your shadow-self and ego and learn how to heal that part of you.
Growing in awareness and the ability to be self-analytical, you will develop introspective skills, greater compassion for yourself and others and break cycles of self-deception and resistance to discovering your authentic self.
Awareness is key to discovering the hidden parts of your psyche and this will be a beautiful journey to embark on.
We will start our days with Qigong before breakfast and then into the daily programme full of love, compassion and joy. We will laugh, we will cry, release and rejoice individually, together and as one.

The accommodation is on a full board basis. All rooms have an ensuite and take two to three people.
Private rooms can be arranged but are subject to availability and at an additional cost.

From 17th April- £1,500
50% deposit is required on booking and is non-refundable with the remainder to be paid by August 1st.
Flights are not included and nearest airports are Luton and Stanstead. I’ll be happy to advise further on how to get there.
