About this Event
For our September sound bath, we embrace the theme of "Harvesting Balance and Renewal." As autumn begins and we approach the autumn equinox—a time of balance between day and night—it's a natural moment to reflect on what we’ve harvested throughout the year. This includes our personal growth, intentions, and spiritual journey, as well as letting go of what no longer serves us as we prepare for the quieter, introspective energy of fall.
Theme Focus: Embracing balance, reflecting on growth, and letting go.
Crystals: Citrine for abundance and manifestation; smoky quartz for releasing negativity.
Guided Intentions: Reflect on your achievements and lessons from the year while preparing to release what you no longer need.
Visualization: Engage in a guided meditation journey through harvest—acknowledging the seeds you’ve planted, what has blossomed, and what needs to be released as you transition into the quieter months.
Our sessions feature hand-crafted, diamond-infused sound bowls that elevate the healing frequencies, creating a deeper and more powerful effect. Led by Tihana, a registered psychotherapist, the sound bath begins with grounding breathwork techniques designed to ease participants into the session and release mental tension. Tihana integrates therapeutic methods such as breathwork and meditation to regulate the nervous system, support emotional stability, and promote mental clarity. This creates a safe and soothing environment, enhancing the overall impact of the sound bath on both body and mind.
What makes our sessions unique is the somatic infusion of sound into the body. The vibrational resonance from our Diamond Sound Bowls penetrates deeply, allowing the body to release stored tension and energy, encouraging relaxation at the cellular level. This blend of therapy, breathwork, and sound healing supports emotional regulation, cognitive flexibility, and overall well-being.
We look forward to seeing you at our next event.
