Diabetes Prevention Program
If you answered yes to any of the above, our nationally recognized Diabetes Prevention Program might be for you!
This year-long program is designed to help those who have pre-diabetes or who are at risk make lifestyle changes to delay or prevent developing Type 2 diabetes. Sessions focus on nutrition, physical activity, and behavior change. The initial classes meet weekly for 16 weeks, then slow down to bi-weekly and monthly meetings to run a full year.
