Diabetes Education Open House

Medical Group of the Carolinas Diabetes Education has moved and we want to show you our new office while giving you the opportunity to learn more about diabetes and our services.

Please join us for an open house in our new location. Everyone is welcome and registration is appreciated but not required. Light snacks and infused water will be available.

You will have the opportunity to meet with Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialists who will be available to answer all your diabetes related questions. We will have plenty of health education information and giveaways.

Location: 1690 Skylyn Drive Suite 110 (Mary Black campus Medical Office Building 1).
