We're trying to get ahead of the calendar by scheduling this shoot well ahead of the actual holiday.TFP - This is not a paid shoot, nor is there a fee. You will need to confirm ahead of time if you're coming, with how many, and in what capacity. (For instance, "Jane Doe, 1 photographer with 3 models and 7 extras).
Extras are welcome to help us create a parade. Extras are not required to have costumes and makeup, but it is encouraged.
When you arrive, please be sure to check in with your contact information. There will be generic model releases available, if needed.
Please note: Any photos taken will be the sole property of the photographer. For distribution and/or publication, all agreements made are between the models and photographers exclusively. Any agreement between photographers and models will be exclusively between the individual parties. The host assumes no responsibility for making sure photos are delivered to the models.
Photographers agree to provide the host with edited photos. Host agrees to include photographers' information if photos are used to promote the venue.
