Meeting Overview:

Tuesday: Volunteer Activity at Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, Registration and President's Reception Sunset Boat Cruise (INCLUDED w/ registration.. MUST REGISTER NO LATER THAN FRIDAY MAY 8 TO SECURE SPOT... limited to 54 attendees, due to boat limitations). Exhibitor and poster set up, as well

Wednesday: Full day of educational talks and exhibitor area. Evening networking event, fun games & prizes.

Thursday: Half day of educational talks; exhibitor area until mid-afternoon, along with silent auction announcements & raffles. FAFP Business meeting at end of day.

Hotel Information: Plantation Resort on Crystal River

Guests must call 352-795-4211 to make reservations. When booking, please mention the Group Name: Florida Association for Food Protection to get the hotel block rate. Room block rate will close on April 30, 2026.

Room rates are $172-182/night, depending on room preference. This rate includes parking, resort fee & internet.
