The Derby Institutes Associations AGM will be held on Friday 17th July starting at 7:30pm at Allestree RBL.
Any proposals for the AGM need to be with Jackie Stubbs by Friday 10th July via email or post.
Each proposal must include the name of the proposer and who is seconding it.
Positions up for re-election as follows:
Chairperson,
Vice chairperson,
General secretary,
Treasurer,
Snooker secretary,
Snooker competition secretary,
Darts competition secretary.
Ladies darts committee,
Delegates for both snooker and darts,
All positions are for two years.
If anyone is wanting more information about any of the roles please contact one of the committee members.
