Book launch - Alice Marshall, University of Derby
About this Event
Join us to celebrate the recent publication of Parenthood and Performance: Parenthood’s Profound Impact on Creativity and Expression by University of Derby academic Alice Marshall.
Chaired by Professor Rhiannon Jones, Head of Civic and Communities, the event will include a talk by author Alice Marshall, followed by questions from audience members. The event will also include a display of photos and images from Alice’s research, and a screening of the short dance film Tender Steps.
Attendance is free and all are welcome – the event will be particularly of interest to students, researchers, artists, and performers interested in the interplay between parenthood, creativity, identity, and human experience.
This is an in person event at the Doctoral College, University of Derby. Tea and coffee will be provided for visitors.
