The HOA annual meeting is a general meeting of sorts for the entire HOA membership and residents. It is also the time of the election of board members. This year there are three seats up for vote. Look for your meeting announcement and proxy (for voting) in the mail by early January.During this meeting, the board addresses various issues, presents the annual budget, and discusses upcoming major projects. The ACC, Pool/Recreation, Playground & Communications Committees will present their reports as well. Most associations also hold their board elections during the annual meeting.
You can attend virtually but you cannot vote virtually. Email [email protected] in advance of the meeting for the zoom link.
