Join me for a sound bath, meditation, and reflection to honor Imbolc and the wheel of the year.Imbolc marks the halfway point between the winter solstice and the spring equinox. It means “in the belly” and is the time when the “belly” of the land begins to awaken after its long sleep. Imbolc is symbolized by the spark of a fire and the seed of new life, the stirrings of a new beginning.
What to Expect:
We will begin with a themed meditation, “What will you grow this year?” We will use this theme to set our intention for our restorative sound bath experience. During the sound bath you will be enveloped in the ethereal tones of crystal bowls, bells, and chimes, and the grounding tones of the gong and Himalayan bowls. To end, we will assimilate our sound experience and reflect on our theme by writing in a journal or simply contemplating “What will you grow?”. Sharing is never required but welcomed.
