***SOLD OUT***I will be hosting another gorgeous wellbeing retreat at the beautiful Petrock Holiday Cottages near Holsworthy.
Retreaters will enjoy daily yoga and sound bath meditation practices, nourishing meals by the wonderful Jaysheree of Sonu’s Kitchen, an Indian cooking demonstration, crafting activites, transformational workshops and some free time to explore the glorious surroundings of North Devon.

8:30pm – Sound Bath Meditation
Saturday 27th
Self-Serve Breakfast
10am – Morning Yoga
11am – Forest School Activity
12pm – Lunch (Cookery Demonstration with Jaysheree)
2:30pm – Free Afternoon / Evening
9pm – Optional Sound Bath Meditation
Sunday 28th
Self-Serve Breakfast
10am – Morning Yoga
11am – ‘Release & Revive’ Workshop (Letting Go & Affirmation Bath)
1pm – Free Afternoon / Optional Trip to St Nectan’s Waterfall
6pm – Dinner
9pm – Interactive Sound Bath Meditation

10am – Morning Yoga & Sound Bath Meditation
