Small tweaks to your technique can give you big gains: faster runs, stronger legs, and smoother moments. Most runners train their lungs and legs. The clever ones train their form too 🧠

The best part? You don’t need to reinvent the wheel. These are natural movements your body already does! We just tweak them. Once you know the drills and how and why they work, your running suddenly feels better and easier 🙌🏻
This workshop will focus on simple and trusted running drills and skills that will:
◾Break down running technique into its key components
◾Enhance your knowledge of running technique and mechanics
◾Explain how and why technique is important to your running performance
◾Improve your running efficiency and economy
◾Provide you with simple ideas on how to include drills into your running routine
◾A follow up digital guide of the key points and drills covered
The workshop will be led by me, Leanne! Running since the age of 10, my training from ages 12 to 21 was the sprint distances from the 100m to 400m, competing to national level. Every session, each week, drills and technique were a key focus, given the technical nature of the sprint distances. It is something I am extremely passionate about and want to pass my knowledge and skills onto other runners, as everyone deserves to know how to enhance their unique technique!
