We will deepen our understanding of advanced asana and study the poses in the context of issues that may confront a yoga practitioner. We will deepen our understanding of sequencing by looking at variety of methods to work with the body. Exploring the body’s inner and outer spaces. Cultivating embodied presence.
Topics include:
~ Starting your planning from the inside-out to bring an elegance to your practice
~ Moving into poses with confidence as a fundamental technique
~ Adding refinement in our asana practice and transitions in between
