Developing Skills for Nurse-Led Practice Change

Join us for an interactive and engaging workshop that is focused on enabling nurses to lead and innovate in their practice!

This workshop aims to develop new and strengthen existing skills, knowledge and resources to drive improvements in patient care. No previous practice change experience is needed – just a desire to ask questions and a motivation to turn ideas into action.

• Develop a question for a clinical issue you and your colleagues want to address.

• Work collaboratively to develop the best approach to explore your practice change idea.

• Understand key elements to successfully progress your clinical idea.

• A project plan, setting you on your way to being able to influence, inform, and lead practice change, and

• A new network of like-minded colleagues across Victorian hospitals.
