Detroit Style Boxing Madness will be available on the "East Side" of Metro Detroit!
Life is short, so now’s your chance to have the best time of your life doing the most exciting musical “IN THE ZONE” workouts you’ve ever experienced—all while laughing and meeting new lifelong friends.
Classes are one hour long. We move non-stop the entire time, but everyone goes at their own pace and takes breaks as needed. Each movement is fully modifiable with Easy, Hard, and Insane variations to suit every fitness level.
