With these fun team style group training Detroit Boxing Madness classes you will be completely immersed in your workout, having so much fun you will forget you are doing the hardest workout of your entire life.

Classes are one hour long. We move non-stop the entire time, but everyone goes at their own pace and takes breaks as needed. Each movement is fully modifiable with Easy, Hard, and Insane variations to suit every fitness level. And yes we extra gloves for you to use first come first serve.
