Despair and Discovery Circle

From the Planetary to the Personal all despair is interconnected.

Come experience the Work That Reconnects a beautiful process for feeling and sharing the depth of our emotions for the ecological humanitarian and personal tragedies unfolding all around us on this amazing Planet.  

The Despair and Discovery Circle is a place to witness and be witnessed; to be real together. It is an opportunity to be with feel and express our despair in a Circle of truth-telling and compassion. This transformational experience can unlock within us a new way of being in the world. 

The Despair Circle has been an ongoing opportunity since 2019. This year there are three opportunities to come together in this Circle at the Foundation of Light in Ithaca:

Elizabeth Sullivan is an ascension seeker who discovered creative visualization as a teen practiced Buddhism as a young adult explored a number of energetic healing modalities thereafter and most recently unearthed Shamanic healing – a journeying she perceives as the coveted pathway home or return to the self unfettered and joyous. Elizabeth is devoted to healing transformation and empowerment in this lifetime. In the Despair and Discovery Circle she fosters others by holding space for the transmutation of deep grief and despair into unbounded grace and love.
