Alex is a former Master Personal Trainer at Virgin Active who has helped hundreds of busy professionals build strength, mobility, and resilience within demanding careers.

Specialising in callisthenics and functional movement, he designs powerful, equipment-free sessions that deliver results using nothing more than bodyweight and floor space. His expertise was refined at leading studios such as Lift The Movement in Shoreditch, and he now works with professionals across the City of London looking for smarter, more sustainable ways to stay active.

Having lived in four countries and speaking four languages, Alex brings a global perspective to workplace wellness. His mission is simple: to make movement in the workplace a right, not a luxury.
