Escape the summer heat and get ready for the most comfortable Sound Bath you'll ever experience!
Mind Body Badass and Tempur-Pedic Palm Desert invite you to an intimate evening designed around complete comfort, deep rest, and restorative sound.
For this one-of-a-kind wellness experience, you will get to rest on premium Tempur-Pedic mattresses with adjustable bases inside the beautiful El Paseo showroom. Your sleep system can be adjusted to support your body—including the option to recline in a zero-gravity position—while Amy Baack and Juan of local yoga company Mind Body Badass guide you through an immersive, 60-minute sound bath.
The soothing tones and vibrations of sound healing instruments will invite you to quiet the mental noise, release physical tension, and enter a deeply relaxed state—all while experiencing the comfort and recovery-focused features of Tempur-Pedic’s sleep systems.
No meditation or sound bath experience is necessary. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive. We'll supply everything you need: eye masks, blankets, Tempur-Pedic pillows, and of course the mattresses.
No gimmicks, no sales—just deep rest.

5:30–6:00 PM: Guest arrival, check-in, and mattress fitting
6:00–6:45 PM: Guided sound bath
6:45-7:00 PM: Closing
The sound bath will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, when the showroom doors will close to create a quiet, uninterrupted experience. Please arrive early, as late entry will not be available.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Attendance is limited to only 10 guests. All ages over 16+ welcome.
• Mattress placements are first come, first served, and some sleep systems may accommodate two guests (limited discounted couple tickets are available for you and a friend!)
• No yoga mat is needed.
• The showroom is kept at approximately 70 degrees, so comfortable layers and socks are recommended.
• One attendee who completes a Tempur-Pedic contact card at check-in will win a premium Tempur-Pedic Sleep Mask!
