Depth Work: Healing Relationships
A small-group experiential process to shift relational and ancestral patterns

The Ripple Foundation invites you to experience powerful, interactive group sessions designed to help heal limiting patterns and stuck dynamics in your relationships.

In each session, participants have the opportunity to gently “step into” the roles of family members, friends, or partners of the lead participant. This facilitated process reveals hidden influences—such as subconscious patterns or childhood beliefs—that often keep us repeating familiar yet unhealthy behaviors.

This monthly group offers a safe and supportive container for deep energetic healing work. Sessions draw from modalities similar to Family Constellations, Ancestral Healing, Gestalt therapy, Internal Family Systems and parts work, as well as chakra and energetic body awareness.

No previous experience is needed. Simply come with an open mind and a willingness to support the process.
