Immerse yourself in sacred sound frequencies and gentle vibrations that guide you into deep inner stillness, allowing the guided relaxation to enhance your experience.
This sound bath is an invitation to quieten the conscious mind and allow the body to enter a deeply relaxed state that supports the natural ability to self-healing. As the sounds move through you, the experience encourages a sense of ease and can help clear energetic blockages, restore harmony to mind, body, and spirit, creating space for balance, renewal, and peaceful awareness.

Please take a minute to read the information below to ensure the event run smoothly on the day.
Please arrive no later than 6:50pm
For your comfort bring along a blanket and a cushion or pillow and yoga mat if you have one. You can choose to do the session sitting in a chair or lying on the floor. We have a few Yoga mats available.
Please arrive in comfortable clothing and bring water for after the session to help you maintain hydration, feel alert and refreshed.
During this sound bath you will hear a number of different instruments to create the sound experience they may include:
• Gongs
• Tibetan singing bowls
• Shamanic drums
• Ocean and stream drums
• Various climes and bells
While many people find sound baths calming and enjoyable, some people may find that they release emotions during a session. Sound baths are not a medical treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
Sound baths may not be suitable, or may require extra caution, for individuals who have:
• seizures or epilepsy
• sound sensitivity, hyperacusis, severe tinnitus or auditory processing difficulties
• acute mental health conditions
• pacemaker or implanted medical device that may be affected by vibration
• in the first trimester of pregnancy or have a high-risk pregnancy
• recent surgery, concussion, or head trauma
• under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Feel uncomfortable in group settings, with prolonged stillness, darkness, or immersive sound.
This list is by no means exhaustive. If you have any medical or mental health concerns, or if you are unsure whether a sound bath is appropriate for you, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
