Our Men’s Group meet on a Thursday 1pm-3pm at The Westwood Community Hall, open to any Male over 18.
Facilitated by Craig a qualified mental health and exercise practitioner, the group offers a safe and welcoming space, offering peer support and an opportunity to chat, enjoy a cuppa and although we are still a new group, coming along now you will have the opportunity to shape the groups direction.
We will be having presentations from organisations in and around East Kilbride who offer well being support and as soon as funding allows we hope to offer day trips and access to other activities.
