Demystifying Gratitude: A Virtual Thanksgiving Yoga Workshop

How can we experience abundance to be sincere, nonreactive, based on the magic of each moment, and each miraculous breath? How can we make gratitude a sincere practice, beyond the conceptual, not something based on privilege but as a feeling deep within?
Join David Moreno for a virtual Thanksgiving morning class designed to bring us into our natural state, where connectivity, gratitude, and an open heart can best prevail.
This workshop is being offer online only — practice from home with family or friends, or while on the holiday road! Zoom link will be emailed to registrants the day before the workshop.
Tickets are $20, and a percentage of proceeds will be donated to the Intertribal Friendship House in Oakland, which distributes food to indigenous people within the Bay Area.
