Fall is peak season for a large variety of locally grown vegetables and in this demonstration class we’re going to take full advantage of it. From beets to sweet potatoes this is the time of year to be making dishes from fresh farm market produce. You’ll learn to create and taste your way through a menu designed to highlight the special flavors fall has to offer.
During this class you’ll learn to make and taste:
• Chicken Marsala
• Rosemary Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Caramelized Shallots
• Green Beans with assorted Mushrooms
• Pear & Apple Tart Tatin
With class size limited to just 35 guests, we recommend reserving your spot early.
