About this Event
A decade of polarized politics leaves Americans wary of ideologically-charged violent individuals, organized groups, and spontaneous mobs…from the January 6th attack on the Capitol to the more recent assassination attempt on then-presidential candidate Donald Trump. How are we equipped to confront violent extremism? What can we expect moving forward as a civil society? Join us for a discussion with Lauren C. Anderson, distinguished former career FBI counterterrorism specialist, today at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy and advising the Government Accountability Office.
Thursday, November 21st, 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at Amy Kaslow Gallery, 7920 Norfolk Avenue, Bethesda. The Dialogue will begin at 6:30 p.m.
