Demo & Dine: A Night in Mexico

For ages 18 & up

In this one and half hour, demonstration class, our instructors will show you how to make a tasty meal that will pique your interest in Mexican cuisine. On the menu:  slow roasted short ribs served with tender black beans, highlighted by the flavors and textures of a crunchy, quick slaw. As our instructors show you how to make each dish, you'll sit back and enjoy each bite. 

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? A glass of wine will be paired with your meal.

• Ensalada de Tres Chiles (Slaw with Cabbage, Bell Peppers, Jicama & Poblanos) 

• Agujas de Res (Short Ribs) 

• Frijoles Negros (Black Beans) 

• Ante Colonial de Pina (Layered, Baked Pineapple with Almonds & Pine Nuts)

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
