Lightening up your menus at home won't be difficult after you've learned to make these tasty, traditional Greek dishes that focus on vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, nuts, and seeds. Working with a small team in our kitchen, you'll make this meatless, Mediterranean-style meal.

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal.

• Zucchini Keftedes (Fritters) with Feta & Dill

• Lentil Soup with Sage & Chile Pepper

• Baked Tomatoes stuffed with Rice, Raisins, Pine Nuts & Herbs

• Baked Apples with Walnuts & Spices

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
