CALAMITY JANE (U)
The musical western Calamity Jane stars musical Doris Day as the titular character, a tough, sharpshooting frontierswoman based in Deadwood, South Dakota.

The story follows Calamity as she tries to bring a famous actress, Adelaid Adams, to perform in Deadwood to impress the townspeople and especially her crush, Lieutenant Danny Gilmartin. Through a mix-up, she instead brings the actress’s maid, Katie Brown, who poses as the star. As Katie becomes a sensation, tensions and romantic entanglements grow.

Calamity Jane is an acclaimed classic, featuring winning performances, lively songs, including the Oscar-winning "Secret Love, and features the legendary Doris Day at her very best.
