Refunds & cancellations

All bookings are non refundable but can be transferred if agreed with KOA direct. Exceptions to this rule are to be agreed and discussed between the two parties. Refunds are only possible over 48 hours before any group offering you have booked and only if the space can be filled.

2025 Surrender Workshops 6:30 - 8 pm at the Salisbury Centre

I am bringing together my experience and knowledge of somatics, embodiment, yoga, mindfulness and compassion to offer these workshops linked to surrender. They can be booked individually. Surrender to me is about acceptance, awareness and empowerment. The more we undertsand our needs, how our nervous system works and how we can regulate as well as find balance within, the more we can empower ourselves. When we connect as a group, we co regulate and this can be magical; we are more witnessed and held.

These are trauma infiormed sessions and woman only to create a supportive space for women to gather. You can expect a circle like experience, everything is optional and all are welcome. It is advised that you contact Cori if you have questions.

Price: £25 per workshop, £20 KOA regulars, £75 all 4, 2 community spaces per workshop/pay what you can

Surrender monthly workshops (in the Salisbury studio)
