Join us for a monthly session offered by Susie Wilkins, RN, CDP. Susie is the community RN educator/RN case manager for Day City Hospice. As a certified dementia practitioner, she works very closely with the Alzheimer’s Association and brings valuable support for caregivers, family, and community members who want to better understand dementia and how to support those affected.
