About this Event

Dementia: Caring for Today, Planning for Tomorrow Conference Programme

The fourth annual Queen’s University Belfast Dementia Conference will take place in the Great Hall at Queen’s University Belfast. This one-day, in-person conference will bring together people living with dementia, family carers, health and social care professionals, researchers, educators, students, voluntary and community organisations, and policymakers.

Through keynote presentations, panel discussions and networking opportunities, delegates will explore approaches to improving dementia care and support, responding to current challenges and planning for future needs.

The conference will provide an opportunity to share research, practice innovation and lived experience, strengthen partnerships across sectors, and consider how services and communities can better support people affected by dementia.

Delegates will benefit from expert speakers, opportunities for discussion and networking, lunch and refreshments, and a certificate of attendance.

This event is funded by Public Health Agency Research and Development funding.
