The Dementia Caregiver Support Group is a welcoming evening program for family caregivers and care partners supporting someone living with dementia.

Hosted at Sir John Colborne Seniors Centre, the group offers a safe and respectful space to share experiences, reduce isolation, learn practical caregiving strategies, and connect with others who understand. Each session includes caregiver discussion, a short education topic, practical strategies, and helpful resources.

This is a caregiver-only program. Advance registration is required because space is limited. The focus is on connection, shared learning, and practical support for the caregiving journey.
