We’ll taste a selection of conservas and talk through the difference between everyday tins and the really excellent stuff. Expect practical serving ideas, simple pairings and a few tips on how to turn a tin of fish into a very respectable lunch, snack board or quick supper.

Perfect for tinned fish fans, curious beginners, pantry people and anyone who suspects there is more to sardines than eating them over the sink.
