Core Support - Movement & Connection for women living with hypermobility
Core Support - Movement & Connection is a peer support group for women living with hypermobility and persistent pain. It brings together movement, peer support, and practical tools for managing pain day to day.
Women with hypermobility often struggle to find a movement class that's suitable for them, and feel very isolated because there aren't many places or groups where they can talk to other people going through the same thing. This group is built to close that gap.
Sessions are co-created with the people attending, shaped around what you're actually dealing with, rather than a fixed programme. Beth facilitates with compassion, guiding conversation towards positive, practical support, while also giving space for people to say how things really are without it tipping into something too heavy.
These sessions are for you if you want to:
- Connect with other women who understand hypermobility
- Learn movement adapted specifically for hypermobile bodies
- Build practical tools for managing pain day to day
- Feel seen and heard in a space that gets it
- Reduce the isolation that often comes with chronic conditions
Beth has lived with chronic pain for over 20 years. She's worked as a movement therapist for 16 years and trained in Restore Your Core®, and for the last 5 years has also worked as a chronic pain specialist, leading pain management programmes for the NHS and Swansea University.
