Join us each month for DelArt Nights, where art, community, and creativity come together in fresh and exciting ways. From engaging gallery talks to live music and immersive experiences, no two nights are the same. Enjoy free general admission, a lively happy hour with a cash bar, and delicious food available for purchase. There’s always something new to experience at DelArt Nights!
March's DelArt Night celebrates our belief that “Art is for All People.” Join us for DelArt Night: Open House, a vibrant evening of art, education, and community. Experience three exciting programs in one night: Chicana Collaborative 2.0, an introduction to DelArt’s Studio Programs, and a student art exhibition. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a longtime member, enjoy an inspiring night of culture, creativity, and conversation.
Chicana Collaborative 2.0
Chicana Collaborative 2.0 is a dynamic celebration of Chicana culture, highlighting the next generation of artists and creators. This event provides a platform for young Chicana voices to shine through music, art, and open dialogue. Presented by the Choir School of Delaware the program, taking place throughout the Museum, features:
• Live music by Difrente Alianza and Seylin Abarca
• A special performance by Esmerelda LaCor alongside Choir School of Delaware students
• A panel discussion with influential Chicana women sharing their experiences, insights, and contributions to their fields, featuring Julieta Zavala; Melina Nepomuceno-Estrada, anthropologist and historical interpreter; Sahira Hutson, entrepreneur and licensed esthetician; and Karelin Torres. DelArt Studio Programs Open House
Join us in the Studio Art Wing for live demonstrations and artwork sales by our studio instructors. Explore new offerings and discover refreshed creative spaces designed to inspire. Artwork will be on sale in the Studio Art spaces and East Court in the main Museum building.
Student Art Exhibition
Support the next generation of artists! Students from Red Clay School District will have their artwork exhibited In the Jefferson/Library Lobby and Studio Art Lobby
