Del has been performing since 1994, mainly as a tribute to his boy-hood heroes, ub40. In 2004 Del was founder-member & lead vocalist for Johnny2Bad. Venues including Butlins, Centreparks, Havens plus the robin & jbs, two of the most prestigious music venues in the midlands. Festivals including Holland & all across the UK were being given the J2B experience & were billed as being one of the UK's hottest Reggae bands.
In 2007, Del returned to his roots down south & left Johnny2Bad to become a solo tribute artist, although still a ub40 soundalike, Del has expanded his reportiore further by adding some tracks from the likes of Bob Marley, Ken Boothe, Maxi Priest & many more plus Ska tracks for the lively people and a cheesy party section to suit all tastes
