Deinfluenced is a Black History Month wellness event put on by Afro Yoga with the intention to refresh our relationship with digital influence and reconnect with ancestral wisdom that grounds us. Rooted in the ancient philosophies of Kemetic principles and Indian yoga, we'll move through a beautiful yoga flow, meditation and community conversation to share collective wisdom.

As we honor Black history, we’ll reflect on how ancestral philosophies help us ground into values that can guide our path today.
