Defensive Tactics Self Defense Seminar

Join us at Culture Fight Club in Jersey City for a hands-on self-defense seminar focused on building confidence, awareness, and practical skills for real-world situations.

This seminar will cover simple, effective techniques to help you recognize and respond to potential threats, create space, and protect yourself if needed. The training is approachable, interactive, and designed for all experience levels — no prior background required.

Led by Chris Sladky, a former Army combatives instructor and Jiu-Jitsu black belt with over 15 years of martial arts experience, this session focuses on realistic scenarios and easy-to-understand concepts that you can apply right away.

All proceeds from this seminar will be donated to Women Rising, a Jersey City–based organization that supports women affected by domestic violence and provides critical resources to help them rebuild and move forward.

Suggested donation: $20 (all donations go directly to Women Rising)
