Deepening your ICF Core Competences: Listen actively
About this Event
“Most people do not listen with the intent to understand; they listen with the intent to reply.”
Active Listening is one of the core coaching competencies and much harder than it looks. In this interactive workshop, we will explore what Active Listening really means in practice: noticing not only words, but also energy shifts, emotions, patterns, and what remains unsaid.
Participants will reflect on their own listening habits, learn practical hacks from fellow coaches, and apply them directly in short hands-on exercises. The workshop is for coaches who want to sharpen their presence, deepen the quality of their conversations, and leave with a concrete experiment for their next coaching session.
Speaker:
Annett: I am a leadership sidekick and executive coach. My purpose is to facilitate break-throughs with leaders and systems enabling them to shift from fire-fighting to future-building
