Through reflection, exchange and practical exercises, you will have the opportunity to deepen your understanding and experiment with different ways of evoking awareness.

Anabel Requena is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Executive Coach and Leadership Trainer based in Hamburg. With a background in strategy and management consulting, she brings a pragmatic, structured approach to coaching. She is passionate about creating space for reflection, challenge and new perspectives that lead to meaningful action.
